I ordered online, which was easy and seamless, and because I forgot to put a message on the card, I called to see if I could update that. They were so nice and accommodating on the phone, and I felt very confident they would get my order correct. I will definitely be using Murrieta VIP Florist again!

I ordered flowers online for my MIL within a half an hour or less a gal from the shop called and explained that the truck hadn’t come yet and she didn’t have white spray roses and could she use yellow. That was so incredibly professional as well as thoughtful to call and check. My MIL called maybe an hour later thanking me for the flowers. I couldn’t believe how quickly the flowers were delivered. She sent me a picture and the bouquet was beautiful and very bountiful for the price. I was super impressed and will definitely be using them in the future

Beautiful arrangement with the accommodation of additional flowers. It's been 5 days and they look just as beautiful as the day it was delivered. The flowers have a wonderful smell. I think they are one of the best I've had. Especially to last as long as they have. The customer service was excellent by phone and everything was accurate and precise by order. THANK YOU 😊

I recently had the privilege of working with Murrieta VIP Florist for two wedding ceremonies, and I must say, I am truly impressed. Annette and her team did an incredible job with the flowers for my clients' weddings. From the initial planning stages to the actual execution, everything was flawless. As a wedding planner and the owner of Three Sparrows Weddings & Events, communication is everything, and Annette's communication was top-notch. Her quick responses to my emails were greatly appreciated. She provided the flowers for two of my events - a small wedding ceremony as well as a large ceremony in Temecula wine country at Lake Oak Meadows. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and the flowers were lush and beautiful, just as the bride had envisioned. One thing that stood out was how seamlessly Annette and her team transferred the ceremony flowers to the reception, making the transition smooth and effortless. This allowed the couple to save money and repurpose the floral arrangements from the ceremony to the reception. The overall experience working with Murrieta VIP Florist was wonderful, and I would highly recommend them to anyone for any occasion. Thank you, Annette, for your outstanding work!

An Absolutely Elite Florist Experience This boutique truly lives up to its name. From the gorgeous, artistic designs to the exceptionally courteous service, my experience was flawless. I presented them with a non-trivial idea for an arrangement, and they were not only flexible but enthusiastic in bringing my vision to life. The final composition was nothing short of perfect. The attention to detail in the flower arrangement was remarkable, and the quality was so exceptional that the blooms lasted for an impressively long time. I find myself constantly checking their social media or website for new inspirations, as they have completely plugged into my creative fantasies for future orders. The "Elite" Touch: I greatly appreciate their selection of accompanying gifts, like their line of organic candles with unique, beautiful fragrances. To further justify the "elite" boutique title and enhance their offering, I would love to see: 🌹A line of vegan-certified or organic candies to cater to guests with dietary restrictions or lifestyle choices. It would be a wonderful, inclusive addition. 🌹 A curated selection of exclusive products, such as rare Nespresso Vertuo coffee pods or other high-end items that are difficult to find locally. This would make them a one-stop shop for the most discerning and luxurious gifts. Overall, this is more than just a florist—it's a destination for thoughtful, artistic, and high-quality gifts. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will absolutely be a returning customer.

Annette and team were amazing to work with! I brought in a picture of what I wanted for my fathers celebration of life with a few modifications and what they created was absolutely stunning! I would highly recommend them for any floral needs!

I live out of the area and working with Murrieta VIP Florist was easy and seamless. The flowers I ordered were exactly what we discussed. They were delivered to the church before I had arrived which was a relief. They helped make a hard day a little bit easier. Delisa (sp?) was the first person I spoke with and she kindly helped with all of my questions which I really appreciated. I would definitely use them again.

Got a floral arrangement for our mom/mother in law for retirement and they are gorgeous. Absolutely exceeded our expectations and really made her feel so special on her special day. They were even able fill balloons that we got off Amazon and do delivery! Highly recommend anyone looking for beautiful arrangements at a reasonable price.

I wish there were more stars for the ratings. Not living in the Murrieta area, I looked for a florist that could deliver to northeast Temecula. I wanted to order in person because many negative reviews for florists in general complain that the resulting arrangement didn't look exactly like the photos online. This arrangement had to be special for our best friends' 50th wedding anniversary. When I got to Murrieta VIP Florist, I was immediately greeted when I walked in. Everyone looked pretty busy getting orders out, but they took the time to discuss what I wanted. Christine first listened to what I wanted, the type of flowers, colors, size of arrangement, etc. Myself not being any kind of designer, I tried to explain, often with hand motions, what I envisioned. Christine got it. She's smart and very artistic. She helped pick out the proper bowl, and we agreed on the height and width of the arrangement. She was a delight to work with and was just as enthusiastic as I was about the order. As soon as she finished it the next day, she sent me photographs that showed 360-degree views. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was and how it matched my vision for the arrangements! It was just perfect. My friend called me the moment she received it and was speechless, except for telling me over and over how beautiful it was, the foliage and flowers that were chosen, and how much they loved it. I recommend this florist completely, especially Christine, who I loved working with.
